When can I return the product?

We at Tehzeeb would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying our products. You can return all items within 7 days for a full refund with no question asked, provided one of the following points are covered:

  • Wrong Product has been shipped that does not match your order, as in case;
  • The product received was not the product ordered – In such a case we would require the photo of the product received.
  • The size is different from the one ordered- In this case we would require the photo of the size tag and the product.
  • The design is different from the one ordered.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product
  •  The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are unable to replace it
  • In case of Custom Size or Custom Style garments, if there is a problem with the fitment of the product, we will alter/fix/correct the product to match the exact size or style that was ordered for no extra fee.

How do I return the product?

All you need to do is to send us back the product. The cost of the courier charges shall be reimbursed to you in the form of online store credit which would be double of the amount you have spent on courier charges.
Make sure the product has its original tags and packing in place. It should be unused, unwashed and unworn. The product should be in its original condition. Tehzeeb will not accept any product that has been adjusted or altered in any way.

Products made under special request/your design section are non refundable/returnable in any circumstance
Please Note: The return policy is not valid on items that are on sale or item purchased using discount coupon codes

Is there a time limit for return?

Yes.  Tehzeeb must receive return parcel within 15 days from the date of delivery confirmation (as per shipping provider).

Additional note:

  • Tehzeeb has complete right to refuse return request if the products have been damaged or are not in good original condition. The labels and hang tags should be intact and there should not be any kind of stains on the product.
  • Any product that does not fulfill the aforesaid criteria will be sent back to the customer without refund.
  • Please note that certain operational costs like shipping cost and customization fee (if applicable) are not refundable.
  • If you have received any faulty or incorrect product, please send an email to us. Our team would guide you on the best course of action to get your correct order.
